Product safety relies on rigorous quality management. We implement a four-level inspection mechanism: incoming raw material inspection, in-process patrol inspection, semi-finished product sampling inspection and final finished product inspection before delivery. Raw materials are verified with material certificates and spectral analysis. Robotic welding lines and certified welders undertake welding work. All welds pass visual inspection and ultrasonic non-destructive testing to eliminate hidden defects like cracks and incomplete penetration. Dimensional tolerances are checked with precision measuring tools.
